2. Dummy Pull  (Squat Pulse + Punch)
3. Sit Up to Side Twist
4. Bulgarian Split Squats 
5. 2 Jacks + 4 Switch Kicks
6. Plank Rocks
7. Bike (Heisman)
8. Pull Up Bar (DB Over Head)
9. Back Squat (work on bar)
10. Rope Climb Abs
11. Medball Hamstring Curl/Glutebridge Walk Out
12. KB High Pull
